Customer's reviews
My Mac Air M2 got board issues and wouldn't power on. There was liquid damage and the speaker was gone too. I have wasted money twice at two authorised apple service centres and it was of no use. They gave me a high quote for the board replacement. I visited EMR and the result was unbelievable. Not only did I get the damaged components replaced, the providers response and explanation were amazing. The needful was done swift and fast. I would recommend anyone with laptop or Mac issues to consult this store first and foremost. Go for it if you are looking for a honest and transparent service.

The entire process was incredibly smooth and hassle-free. They arranged door-to-door pickup for my laptop, and when I requested same-day delivery, they went above and beyond by delivering it at 12 midnight with the utmost professionalism. They patiently waited while I checked the laptop, answered all my questions clearly, and guided me throughout the process. They only left once I confirmed that I was completely satisfied.
In terms of service, everything was fast, transparent, and fair. I received the price I was expecting based on the market, and the whole experience was straightforward and trustworthy. Highly recommended!

Macbook Pro A1990 keyboard replacement done at doorstep.
I got my macbook repaired at home, and the tech completed it in 2h, which is great considering how complicated the repair itself can be. This is the 2018 15", and the tech was tidy, straightforward and very methodical. The repair was considerably less expensive than other quotes I got, and saved me a ton of money. 10/10!
for reference, it cost me ₹6,800 as on 21/10/25. The first person repair was quoted at ₹15-20k for a full top case replacement, and I got it done with 6 months' warranty.
